Whenever Re-seller confirm the order, payment will be in advance. you can choose the option of payment for online.

There will be dispatch the product in 2 or 3days  after the confirm order

After the order, If we have already dispatched the order and then after it may be cancel the order in any situation , you can not get the refund untill the we would get the parcel.

After the order, If we have not dispatched the order and it may be cancel the order in any situation , you will be get the refund in 1 or 2 days.

 After received the product to customer and He/she wants to return in any situation, he must to return us and deliver the product via India-post or any other courier .

There will be payout real price of product and return courier shipping charge. But there will be payout shipping charge upto max. 100 Rs. per kg. because Azokart does not take shipping charge more 100 rs per kg in all over India.
